Tiny but pretty damn powerful, Goal Zero's Micro USB Rechargeable Lantern is the perfect little buddy to accompany you home this New Year's Eve when you're too drunk and ambitious / stubborn / blacked out from society to realize you live way too far away to walk. The 150-lumen light is dimmable and on its lowest setting can burn continuously 170 hours per charge. Recharge off of a solar panel or any USB input.

The Micro USB Lantern is also weatherproof with an IPX6 rating*, and will add just 2.4 ounces of weight to your pack.

Goal Zero is an emPOWERing company that makes a host of small, USB-rechargeable outdoor tools, plus solar panels and generators, with the intention of bringing innovative and practical solutions to people in poor and remote areas. And also dudes like us who want portable and reliable gear for camping trips and emergencies.

*Note there is some conflicting information on whether the lantern is IPX6 or IPX7; Goal Zero has clarified that it's IPX6.
