The DropCatch magnetic bottle opener pretty much looks like an entire summer's worth of entertainment to me. I might just buy a bunch of shit beer from Oregon that I'd never consider drinking and employ the mounted walnut wonder to open them one right after the other. Then I'll use the bottles' contents to poison any varmint that infiltrate my back yard.
DropCatch openers will be released in Junior and Senior models, both constructed from solid slabs of walnut wood. Junior Mafia will be able to snag up to 15 caps with its powerful built-in magnet, while Big Poppa will attract up to 52. Coincidentally, I believe 52 is also the number of beers Biggie Smalls had to consume before he felt a buzz. According to Wikipedia, he was 6'3" and weighed up to 380 pounds. Whoa. Now I know why he says, "Throw yer hands in the ayer if youse a true player."
DropCatch pre-orders are up for grabs on Kickstarter through July 4, 2013.
