Multi-Use Silicone Pyramid Baking Mat

Even if you hated geometry, you might appreciate silicone pyramid baking mats' application of the discipline to create a cooking surface that allows air to circulate around your food, from top to bottom. You end up with crispier chicken skin and pork parts, plus less fat in your finished food. Excess grease will run down the pyramids and collect at the bottom.
Flip the mats over and use the inverted, hollow pyramid side for non-stick baking. Dog treats in particular work well here since the raw dough is solid going into the oven and, again, the design of the silicone mat facilitates airflow for even baking and crisping. The point-side-down mat arrangement also makes for a handy trivet or drying rack.
Pyramid baking mats are safe for use in ovens up to 450 degrees F, and you can put them in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer too. Sold here in a set of 2, each mat is 16" x 11.5" to fit inside a standard baking pan. You can also cut them to fit your special-size pan, and roll them up to store.
