Ooh, it's a wok that doesn't make you play 52 Pickup with all the stuff you put in it. The Boomerang Wok features a "unique patented cupped edge" that enables Iron Chef-speed ingredient flipping and agitating with the simple flick of a spatula. Success in one try, and with no mess.

Nicolai Carels created the Boomerang Wok to facilitate the stirring portion of stir fries, but the pan's overhanging edge also makes it easier to flip fillets of fish or meat, all without lifting the wok from the heat. It is coated with non-stick Teflon Platinum Plus and suitable for use in ovens heated up to 320 degrees F.
