Here's a trusty steed for cyclist types to hang their EPS foam helmets on. It communicates hipsters' favorite kind of irony, plus lets everyone know the owner thinks it's cool to kill bikes for sport. And none of that is even the allusion artist Hilary Nagler was going for when she created this handlebar trophy head. The handmade piece is actually a nod to Picasso's "Bull's Head" sculpture and the Schwinn Nagler rode as a kid.
Each handlebar trophy head is crafted to order in California from reclaimed steel and basswood, so every one is slightly different. Dimensions are 23" wide x 9" deep x 16" tall; weight is 5 pounds.
