10 Gallon Whiskey Still
Discontinued

As I mentioned during my show-and-tell of the Black & Tan tool, I prefer whiskey to beer. Lots and lots of whiskey. Four gallons ought to do it. So someone pass me a 10-gallon whiskey still, a bag of distiller's yeast, and a book on how the hell to make whiskey, and I'll be golden. No, make that deep copper.

The pictured copper still is from the Whiskey Still Company, and crafted entirely by hand. Under the guidance of experienced and patient shiners, it will produce 2 to 4 gallons of fine and tasty whiskey. Or moonshine, Scotch, rum, bourbon, and cognac, if one of those is your spirit of choice. The pot measures a formidable 30" high x 33" long x 17" wide. Its still is lead-free soldered union construction, with brass wire body welds and tin-silver solder at smaller connections. The kit includes a still bottom, onion top, condensing unit, and top-mounted thermometer rated in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
