Groove Rings are made from 80 durometer medical-grade silicone. They distinguish themselves from other silicone-based bands in 2 major ways:
- Groove Rings aren't so named just because they won't hinder you from getting your groove on. The term is also literal, referring to the rings' interior grooves--infinity loops, air ports, and an arch that lessen the amount of direct contact your finger has with the band. This design encourages airflow, creating a ring that "breathes." So you won't feel hot or sticky working or working out while wearing it. The built-in channels also allow you to wear the Groove more snug to your finger than you would other rings, which will prevent it from catching on your tools and surroundings.
