The WiPry-Pro from Oscium is a 2.4 GHz spectrum analyzer with the ability to view SSIDs and RSSI. In other words what was once reserved for the AT&T's bearded white dudes and nerdy Indians whose selfies just hit a hundred Likes can now be yours. Whether you're an IT professional, a WiFi tech, or just a dude who wants to troubleshoot his F'd up network on his own the WiPry-Pro aims to make it easier for iOS users to find a clear channel on the 2.4-2.5GHz band.

Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod, the spectrum analyzer inserts into a device's charging port, and then loads its graphic-centric touchscreen interface to guide you through installing, managing, and troubleshooting wireless networks. Information including which WiFi channels are quiet and which you should avoid completely (e.g., "This is not the NSA" and "OMG! Ponies!") appears instantly upon connection so you can pick a quiet channel as your access point. According to Oscium, "WiPry-Pro enables you to visualize an otherwise invisible network environment," in turn promoting a faster and more reliable connection.

WiPry-Pro spectrum analyzers are compatible with the following Apple devices: iPad 4, iPad Air, iPad Mini, iPod touch (5th generation), iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus. WiPry-Pro is built to support the lightning connector natively.
