I just saw this Grill Mat on an infomercial at 3:00 this morning. I watched the whole thing too because it was either that or The Golden Girls. What it does is stop smaller foods like vegetables, shrimps, and kabobs from falling through the grate on your BBQ, and delicate foods like fish from falling apart...and through the grate on your BBQ. [Applause.] But wait! There's more! The Grill Mat also stops marinades, sauces, and cheese from caking onto and gunking up your grill. [Applause.] But wait! There's more! The nonstick mat is also thin enough to allow grill marks to sear through, so your asparagus and peppers will still look like they were cooked without a protective diaper.

If you're so inclined, you can use the Grill Mat to BBQ up some bacon, eggs, and pancakes for breakfast as well. This set is for 2 mats, each measuring 15.75" x 13". They are dishwasher safe for cleaning.
