Auto-Measure Spice Carousel
When my friend Cornelius pulls his breaded raviolis out of the deep fryer on Sunday I am going to recommend he season them with a click quarter teaspoon of oregano and a click, click half teaspoon of basil from my auto-measure spice carousel.
Owning an auto-measure spice carousel does not make me less of a man. It just makes me more precise in my measurements. And standard-setting in my tastes, as KitchenArt's carousel sports an elegant, award-winning design with patented features. Admittedly, I would prefer they call it a "rack" rather than a "carousel", but I think that's mostly just because I'm partial to the word "rack."
The wheel, which either sits on a countertop or mounts under a cabinet, comes with 12, 4-1/2-ounce spice canisters. A click of each canister's knob deploys contents by the 1/4 tsp, while lids on top give the option of shaking or pouring them out as well.
