Vortecon Kinetic Desk Toy
The Vortecon isn't just a precision machined desk toy from the same designer who developed the Moondrop, it's an optical illusion. Give the metal cylinder a twist when you're antsy, bored, or need some focus, and get lost in its single spinning helix of Looook into my eyyyyes.

Running as a Kickstarter campaign through March 28, 2018, the Vortecon's successful funding will bring backers desk toys machined from solid stainless steel, brass, or copper. The edge of the cylinder has a groove milled alongside its edge, which continues as a symmetrical spiral on the top plane to form the helix shape, and create the endless flowing effect when spinning.
Vortecon bottoms, which you can also turn upright to spin with your thumb, are stamped with their name and purpose. Just in case the hypnosis you undergo while spinning one makes you forget what this dense and magical object you've got in your hand is.
