Giveaway: Original Grain Wood Watches

By: on November 26, 2013

Enter to win your choice of an Original Grain all-natural wood and stainless steel watch (up to a $195 value)!

Red Indian rosewood, green sandalwood, and maple wood all make appearances in this line of stylish, yet classic timepieces, one of which will clasp around the wrist of a lucky Dude reader. Read on to learn more about what goes into an Original Grain, and what makes the watches certifiably OG.

About Original Grain Watches

Original Grain watches have earned the nickname OG because OG is the acronym for Original Grain (you're welcome, literalists). And also because creators Jasem Dulaney, Ryan Beltran, and AJ Beltran feel they have designed a truly unique, lasting, and natural series of timepieces. They hope their watches will "transform the modern day meaning of 'OG' from someone who only represents original style into someone with an equivalent level of class."

Oh, and obviously Biggie and Tupac are posthumous fans of the line too. Both can be spotted sporting the watches on the astral plane, the former in The Rosewood, smoking cigars with George Burns, and the latter shooting 9mms with Wyatt Earp, checking his Black on Black OG periodically to make sure he gets home in time to watch the Biggie & Tupac documentary for the 427th time.

Original Grain currently carries 8 watch designs in their collection, 2 of which are for the ladies, who now have reason to enter the giveaway besides just winning a gift to give me this holiday season. Each watch has an all-natural wood and stainless steel composition, with genuine sapphire crystal, scratch-eschewing glass, a Japanese Miyota Citizen quartz movement, and a water-resistant case. Butterfly clasps adjust to fit most any wrist.
