Quiet Punch Doorway Boxing Bag
Quiet Punch, a square of spring-mounted heavy bag that installs in a doorway, was designed for fighters looking to train outside the gym. Really though, the Quiet Punch doorway installation has evolved into a portable piece of fitness equipment suitable for anyone. Pros. Sweat enthusiasts. People who wake up with a wild hair for an ass-whoopin'. That the boxing bag will help blow off some steam in the process is just a secondary bonus.
As with the TRX trainer, those with limited space to work out at home or on the road need only a Quiet Punch set and a 28" to 36" doorway to access full cardio and strength-building workouts. The bag - which Quiet Punch notes is really more like a double-end than a heavy bag - installs quick with a pair of lightweight tension rods you wedge into your door frame. It's just as easy to take back down.
Quiet Punch has also created 50+ hours of workout content for doorway bag owners, accessible for free via an iPhone or Android app. Live sessions will be available for streaming as well. An included phone clip enables you to attach your mobile device to the Quiet Punch unit so you can follow the workouts more naturally. Just watch where you throw those jabs when the fatigue sets in.
Quiet Punch anticipates their doorway boxing bags will ship in December 2017, with delivery dates between the 4th and 15th.
