They're meant for drizzling onto anything from your wedge of cheese to your buttered biscuit, your morning eggs to your late-night pizza. The Threes Knees Spicy Trio includes 1 bottle each of Bees Knees Spicy Honey, Trees Knees Spicy Maple, and Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha. Bees Knees gets its sweetness from Hudson Valley honey, and spice from a mix of chili peppers. Trees Knees heads to the Catskill Mountains for its pure maple syrup, and adds chili peppers as well for a spicy kick. Weak Knees combines the flavor and texture profiles of classic sriracha and Gochujang chili paste.

For those who want all the honey (all of it, bitch!) Bees Knees Honey Trio adds bottles of Salted and Meyer Lemon Honey to the Spicy original to round out its 3-pack. Bushwick Kitchen infuses wildflower honey with sea salt to created its Salted flavor, and a squeeze of citrus to add brightness to the Meyer Lemon.
