Nope. Despite its sounding exactly like a lame joke I would make, there is no joke here. I Need a New Butt! is a children's book by Dawn McMillan and Ross Kinnaird whose story follows a young boy's efforts to replace his cracked butt with one that's intact.
I'd say it sounds like some shit's about to go down in this tale, but if the butt-seeker is successful in his quest, it's really more like shit's not going anywhere. Ever.
Parents who don't get all butt hurt over the book's subject matter will probably find I Need a New Butt! makes a terrific gift for kids, and a fun bedtime read for everyone in the room.
