Force Flyers DIY Building Block Drones
They're no drivable LEGO Bugatti Chiron, but Force Flyer's building block drones are still DIY projects that will leave you with a sense of satisfaction and LEGO pride in your handiwork upon completion. The flying (and driving) toys' mechanics are compatible with all major toy building blocks, so in addition to the pieces that come with your choice of Space, Army, Fire Fighter, or Police drone, you can customize and enhance them with blocks from you own sets.
The Force Flyer drone kits help kids (and adults like myself!) learn STEM concepts and explore aerodynamics and weight distribution in their creations. For example, add one too many reflective light bricks to your spaceship, and learn how it flies all catawampus for a few feet before crashing into the pot of chili on the stove! (Don't worry the flying bits are made of crash-resistant plastic.)
Once airborne and stable, the Force Flyer building block drones stay in smooth flight with a 6-axis gyro and auto-stabilization.
