I can't decide which I'd use my genie wish for: Klymit's Inertia XL superlight ergonomic camping mattress, which almost looks like it could double as part of an intricately carved mummy tomb, or the beard of the dude demonstrating its use in one of the Inertia's photos, which looks like it could win me many facial hair contests and also store airplane bottles of whiskey and fat buds.

Klymit exalts the Inertia XL as "the lightest, most compact and technically advanced camping pad in its category." Its channeled design is intended to increase support and follow body mapping for customizable pressurized comfort and coverage, as well as provide ample tossing room. A head cradle pillow has been integrated so toting along a separate attachment/accessory is not necessary. Deflated, the sleeping pad reduces to the size of a 16-ounce water bottle, and weighs just over a pound. It is made of 100% polyester.

November 20, 2013 Update: I have been informed that the Beard of the Month belongs to Steve from Backcountry Edge. Steve, today I raise my glass, and forgo razing my face, in your honor.
