If you're in the midst of an emergency or natural disaster, or if you're just going on a months-long hike or backwoods tour in your VW van, the DayOne has your clean drinking water concerns covered. A single one of these 10-liter bladders with built-in filtration system is efficient and hardy enough to provide a family of 4 with potable water for up to 2 months.

The DayOne Waterbag needs just 30 minutes and one of the included P&G purification packets to treat a full 10L (2-1/2 gallons) of water for sediment, arsenic, bacteria, lead, viruses, humic acid, protozoan cysts, and DDT. Collect your water by opening the mouth of the bag and dipping it in a creek, river, lake, or pond. Add one of the packets, seal it up, and then use its backpack straps to schlep the fill to your desired location. Once filtration and treatment are complete, the Waterbag will store your water hygienically and soundly for as long as you need it.

Waterbags come with 60 x P&G packets, enough to purify 250 gallons of water. Empty the bag and its attachments weigh 16 ounces.
