Clarks Quilted Walllabee Boot
Here we go again. Back to school. Into fall. And preparing for weather that will require us to wrap up in quilts, and slip our feet into boots, and, if you're Clarks Quilted Walllabee Boot, wrap up our feet in quilted boots. Puh. Good thing these shoes are fairly nice-looking, or I'd cast the idea of writing about them in August aside like an old shoe.
Available in Khaki, and Black, Clarks says the the Quilted version of their new Walllabee Boot was inspired by the padded nylon outers and contrast linings of MA-1 bomber jackets. I myself think they look more like puffy coats. But I guess that piece of outerwear-inspired footwear was already taken by these slippers. So bomber jackets it is.
The Quilted Wallabee Boot has a "puffed but strong" tanker nylon upper, khaki or black linings, toggle trek laces, and soft nubuck trim.
