Tempo Move is a home gym, virtual personal trainer, fitness tracker, and piece of IKEA-lookin' contemporary furniture in one. Or maybe I should say Apple-lookin' contemporary furniture, because Tempo has designed this tech-savvy gym in a side table to pair with iPhone, and iPhone alone, to deliver its real-time guidance and tracking.
Within its 22" tall x 13.5" wide x 13.5" deep footprint, the Tempo Move houses 12 smart weight plates, 2 dumbbells, and 4 weight collars - up to 90 pounds total. The slatted door to the home gym is magnetic with engineered tabs, so you can attach it on either side. Cabinets themselves come in either black or white.
During workouts, Tempo's smart technology provides feedback on your form and rep targets, and tells you when it's time to advance to the next level. It detects your movements and effort using 3D Tempo Vision, which can scan and recognize Tempo's smart weights. The weights are color-coated to give the AI sensors a heads up to which ones you're using.
In addition to iPhone ownership, Tempo also requires a paid membership to access a library of over 2,000 live and on-demand workouts in categories such as Strength, HIIT, Low Impact, Core, Prenatal, Cardio, and Cardio-Boxing.
