Neolite Trek 13-Ounce Hammock
Discontinued

I know how that dude got his Neolite Trek hammock to a secluded forest river. The thing weighs only 13 ounces and packs into a stuff sack smaller than my left butt cheek. And I know how he got it strung up between 2 trees across the river. Fox Outfitters includes a pair of solid steel carabiners and 5'6" nautical-grade hang ropes (with tree-friendly rope sleeves!) in the hammock package. I even know why it didn't break when he climbed in. Despite its size and weight, the Neolite Trek's woven nylon sling is strong like ox, and able to support loads of up to 400 pounds.

What I don't know is how dude's chillin' in the hammock, looking all tortured hipster, completely bone dry. What, did he launch himself into it from one of the rocks? Perfect leap, perfect landing, no flip and roll? Is he both tortured hipster and American Ninja Warrior? In what appear to be Teva sandals, no less?

The Neolite Trek Hammock measures 9'10" long x 4'7" wide unfolded, and packs down to a tidy 6" long x 5" in diameter.

Deal Alert: through July 16, 2016 Fox Outfitters is giving Amazon buyers 20% off the Neolite Trek. Enter the promotion code AJQXVUBC at checkout.
