Chickpea Butter Spread
Mmm, chickpea butter. Sounds like...peanut butter hummus. Which sounds like...I don't know if "gross" is the right word since we do apply peanut butter to many savory applications, Thai peanut sauce being the first and most delicious example that comes to mind. And chickpeas, plus their flour and juices (the latter known as "aquafaba" for those looking for a word of the day that's almost as fun to say as "galoshes") get thrown into tons of baked goods as wheat and egg substitutes. But a chickpea butter spread, I don't know if The Amazing Chickpea can pull it off.
What I do know is that if I were to try some, make myself up a nice fat CB&J, I'd be able to pull off the pull-my-finger game All. Day. Long.
