SHERP ATV

Yeah I'll take one SHERP ATV to sherpa my pack - and my whole self - through the Himalayas. After all, the best way to climb mountains is from the comfort of an all-terrain vehicle that removes all the physical stamina and mental fortitude typically required to climb mountains.

However, even for those not so inclined to a sedentary lifestyle, the amphibious SHERP ATV can throw in an assist or two when it comes to your up-'n'-at-'em activities and pursuits as well. With up to 44.3 HP, a 35-degree gradability, and a 2,000+-pound load capacity, the SHERP easily traverses boulders, fallen trees, and other obstacles up to 70 cm high. It also floats and moves through water at a speed of up to 3.7 MPH to push past marshes and deep snow, plus is able to get out of water onto ice.

Given the remote areas the SHERP ATV was made to access, its creators have also designed it for repair in the field, with a construction that needs minimal tools and specialized knowledge to work on. For example, the SHERP has uSHERPed traditional suspension, transmission, and electrical appliance components many vehicles use to operate, in favor of a streamlined, bare-bones design. Even the ATV's engine can function without electrical equipment.
