Him & Her Chairs

All of their marketing literature stresses that the Him & Her Chairs are derivations of a curvy, seating-sculpture hybrid called the Vernor Panton Chair, but to me they look more like derivations of naked people. A Fabio Novembre design, the stylized, yet functional, male and female backsides invite all ye weary souls to rest your asses on theirs.

Each shape was created using 3D scans of two plaster sculptures, with final Him and Her materialization crafted from rotationally molded polyethylene. Sir Mix-A-Lot-approved lady forms come in red, while dude silhouettes are available in a choice of red, white, or black. Chairs are suitable for indoor or outdoor use, and measure 19-1/2" wide x 34" high x 24" deep.
