WODies are gloves intended to support wrists and reduce hand tearing during a grueling CrossFit workout of the day, or WOD. WOD itself is pronounced "Waud". As in, "You'd have to give me a fat WOD of cash to do CrossFit."

WODies gloves were created by avid CrossFitters who presumably know what irks, ripping pain, and blood loss their fellow box rats suffer during the high intensity intervals the CrossFit discipline demands. An open top, 3 finger holes, full palm coverage, and thicker, Velcroed wrist straps comprise the gloves' unique design. They are made in the US from hypo-allergenic, latex-free woven elastic chosen specifically for its ability to absorb chalk and enhance grip.

WODies come in unisex sizes S through XL.

WODies CrossFit Gloves are a top Dude Gift for an Athlete pick.
