Tiger's return to the Masters. All thanks, I'll bet, to grueling hours spent on this little nugget: the Balance Chair Golf Core Swing Training Stool. Looking like a cross between a Helmfon and a Weeble Wobble, the Balance Chair says its regular use will improve not only your golf stroke, but your "general physique."

I don't know if I buy into those claims, but I do like that all of this alleged improvement occurs while sitting on my ass.

And if the Balance Chair Golf Core Swing Training Stool is as good at upping your golf game as it is at using 7 nouns in a row, it would be an easy piece of equipment to set up in the living room or bring to the office to sneak in some extra practice off the greens. Not as fun as and indoor putting green or the PuttSkee, but more portable for sure.

Seated in the Balance Chair Golf Core Swing Training Stool, included practice stick in hand, you'll be able to take full 360-degree swings on the spot. That's thanks to the stool's convex base that swivels and pivots with you, as well as forces you to brace your core to maintain your form, and not fall out of the chair.

Over time, the chair is supposed to strengthen your stomach muscles, which will then aid in a stronger swing and farther drives on the golf course.

Pro golfer Megumi Kid co-developed the Balance Chair Golf Core Swing Training Stool, and will teach you how to use it herself in an included training DVD.
